Be sure to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via email at James@MisfitStudios.store if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong product.
We will provide a resolution as quickly as possible for you

Returns/Refunds

If your purchase did not adequately meet your expectations, we're here to help!

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Additionally, gift cards cannot be refunded.
• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will receive a Return Update via email with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will receive a second Return Update via email confirming when we have received the return shipment and begin processing your return.
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Note: Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank may require additional time as well for processing before you see the credit reflected in your account.
